Welcome to Hydra!
A welcoming community captured last winter during the off turist season
Faces of Hydra is a short documentary I created during my stay on the island last winter, 2024. As a photographic artist, I came to Hydra with the intention of connecting with locals and documenting everyday life outside of the tourist season. I was warmly welcomed into the community and invited to take part in both private and public moments — which became the foundation of this presentation.
